On 15 April at around 00:10, while in service, police officer of the Marash police station heard a gunshot from the underground passageway at the Mashtots Avenue-Gr. Lusavorich intersection from where police officers of the Patrol-Guard Service Regiment apprehended Davit H. (born in 1996) under the suspicion of hooliganism and took him to the police station in Yerevan.

It turned out that on that day at 00:10, Davit H. had fired a shot into the air with his gas pistol at the mentioned site and disturbed public order.

A gas pistol with 5 bullets and a permit were found after a personal search.

An expert examination has been designated, and materials are being prepared.
