According to Armenian News-NEWS.am, on 15 April, Judge Davit Grigoryan of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan upheld the motion of the investigator of the Special Investigation Service and rendered a decision to remand former Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of Judicial Acts of the Republic of Armenia, former MP of the Republican Party of Armenia Mihran Poghosyan.

Earlier, the Special Investigation Service had told Armenian News-NEWS.am that, within the scope of the criminal case being examined by the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia, under point 1 of part 3 of Article 179 and part 2 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, former Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of Judicial Acts of the Republic of Armenia Mihran Poghosyan has been included as an accused-on-trial for committing publicly dangerous acts (using official position, confiscating property in particularly large amounts through squander and misusing official powers, which led to heavy consequences).

Mihran Poghosyan is wanted.
