YEREVAN. – The issue of establishing relations between Armenia and Turkey should be considered in the context of the Karabakh settlement, chairman of the Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PA BSEC) Metin Gundogdu told reporters in Yerevan.

The politician stressed that “without resolution of the conflict which will take into account the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan” there is no need to talk about improving relations between Yerevan and Ankara.

He also added that the relations should not be conditioned the factor of the Armenian diaspora.

The 52nd meeting of the Committee of the PA BSEC on culture, education and social issues took place in Yerevan.
