The latest meeting of the foreign affairs ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan was de facto devoted to not only humanitarian issues, but also the package of proposals for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict established in 2016. This is what Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan wrote on his Facebook page.

He also posted the response of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia to a journalist’s question and wrote the following:

“Questions for Nikol Pashinyan and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan:

1. What should we do to not rely on or wait for the press conferences of Lavrov to learn about the talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict?

2. What happened to Pashinyan’s promised participation of Artsakh in the talks, if we have already started substantial talks?”
