The presidential residence of the Republic of Armenia (26 Baghramyan Avenue) and the building of cultural value located at Republic Square (1 Government Building, the residence of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia) will undergo renovation.

The government adopted decisions envisaging redistribution of expenditures for implementation of the mentioned projects.

According to the rationale, there are no funds allocated for renovation of the government building in the 2019 State Budget, but renovation will require AMD 63,400,000. The expenditures for renovation of the presidential residence at 26 Baghramyan Avenue make up AMD 40 million.
