The report of US Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller does not contain a single proof of Russia's interference in the US 2016 elections, the director of the North American Department of the Russian MFA Georgy Borisenko told reporters.

According to him, the report confirms the absence of any argument that Russia allegedly interfered in the US elections, TASS reported.

The US Justice Department announced on Thursday the final report of US Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, who was investigating the circumstances of interference attributed to Moscow in the course of the 2016 US elections in Moscow. The special prosecutor claims that Russia tried to influence the course of the presidential election campaign in the US in 2016. Muller admitted that the investigation did not reveal collusion of US President Donald Trump with Russia.
