A 10-year-old was killed in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) on April 12, reports the official website of the Police of Artsakh.

Resident of Shahumyan region V. G. (born in 2009) was murdered in the period between 11:00 and 15:00.

Within the scope of the instituted criminal case, on April 13, V. G.’s brother, S. G. (born in 2001) was arrested and is suspected of the murder.

Expert examinations have been designated, and preliminary investigation continues.
