Issues on cooperation between the State Revenue Committee of Armenia and the Ministry of Finance of Georgia were discussed during the visit to Georgia.

As reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, during the visit to Georgia, Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee Rustam Badasyan had a meeting with Deputy Ministers of Finance of Georgia Leri Barnabishvili and Lasha Khutishvili and discussed issues on cooperation between the State Revenue Committee of Armenia and the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. After the meeting, the Investigative Service of Georgia hosted Badasyan’s meeting with the leadership of the Investigative Service. During the meeting, an agreement was reached to sign a memorandum of cooperation for operative exchange of information as provided for by international agreements and cooperation over issues of mutual interest. The parties also touched upon all the disputed issues that emerge during the investigation of economic crimes, particularly tax crimes.
