YEREVAN. – The draft decision on naming the official residence of the President of Armenia as “Republic House” has been put on the agenda of the April 23 meeting of the capital city Yerevan Council of Elders.

In particular, this draft decision states that, guided by the law on local self-government in Yerevan and the procedure that is approved by a government decision, the Yerevan Council of Elders hereby decides to name the President’s official seat as “Republic House.”
