Seven people were arrested over explosions in Sri Lanka, local News First website reported not giving other details.

The death toll in eight explosions has risen to 190, over 500 people were injured. According to reports, 35 foreigners.

As reported by AFP, the last explosion was carried out by a suicide bomber, three police officers were killed as well.

A curfew has been declared in Sri Lanka, classes in schools and universities have been canceled.

The authorities decided to temporarily bloc the access to social media and messengers to prevent distribution of unverified and false reports.

World leaders extended condolences to the leadership and people of Sri Lanka. Donald Trump said the United States are ready to provide assistance.

The Armenian Foreign Ministry condemned the “coward” attack and said they are clarifying whether Armenian nationals were affected.
