STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on Wednesday visited the capital city Stepanakert Memorial, on the occasion of the 104th anniversary of Armenian Genocide, and laid flowers at the monument to the innocent victims of this tragedy.
Sahakyan was accompanied by the senior officials of the republic, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
