By the decree of President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Vladimir Karmirshalyan has been appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Spain.

“Taking as a basis the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to point 2 of part 1 of Article 132 of the Constitution, to appoint Vladimir Karmirshalyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Spain (residence in Madrid),” the decree reads.
