The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, on Friday signed a decree.

Accordingly, head of the International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vahram Kazhoyan, has been appointed Armenia’s ambassador to Vietnam.

Kazhoyan’s respective diplomatic residence will be in Hanoi.
