Russian and Azerbaijani presidents, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, have held phone talks, Kremlin press service reported.
The sides discussed actively developing Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation and upcoming contacts at various levels during a telephone conversation.
According to the source, the conversation took place at the initiative of the Azerbaijani side.
