The Supreme Judicial Council is examining today the issue on subjecting 10 judges of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Armenia to disciplinary liability on the basis of the motion filed by Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Artak Zeynalyan.

The Chamber’s decision to not accept a citizen’s claim for proceedings served as the ground for the motion.
