President Armen Sarkissian and Mrs. Noune Sarkissian attended today the opening gala concert of the 15th Aram Khachaturian International Music Competition-Festival, reports the Public Relations Department of the Staff of the President of Armenia.
The international music competition-festival is held under the high patronage of Mrs. Noune Sarkissian and is aimed at revealing talented musicians.
