NASA has published a photo of the Curiosity rover, which was made from Mars orbit by a HiRISE camera mounted on a Mars Reconnaissance Orbite machine, NY Post reported.

The agency has reportedly received a snapshot from the orbital station on May 31.

Curiosity rover landed on the surface of Mars on August 6, 2012.The rover has successfully fulfilled the main tasks of its mission, finding traces of the existence of warm freshwater lakes and rivers on Mars, and made a number of other discoveries.
