YEREVAN. – A 3D crosswalk is being drawn in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia. Hakob Karapetyan, Spokesperson of Yerevan Municipality, noted this on Facebook and, also, posted respective photos.

“So far, experimental,” Karapetyan added, in particular. “A 3D crossing is used in many cities. It creates a visual illusion for the driver that there is a barrier in front, which forces [the driver] to reduce the speed.”
