The Ministry of Justice of Libya has ruled to release the country’s ex-Prime Minister Baghdadi Mahmudi, who was the head of government during the presidency of Muammar Al Gathafi, as reported Life.

The decision comes after doctors’ conclusion that Mahmudi needs to undergo treatment that can’t be provided in prison.
