Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres has called on Russia and the United States to extend the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (CHB-III), as reported TASS.
“I persistently call on the US and Russia to extend the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty to achieve stability and create preconditions for talks over new resources for control over arms,” he said.
