The Georgian Civil Aviation Agency (GCAA) on Saturday imposed flight restrictions over capital city Tbilisi, and due to Agile Spirit 2019 multinational military exercises by NATO, GCAA informed.
“They were first imposed this morning, from 9:30am to 11:30am [local time],”a GCAA press service officer said. “It is also planned to close the sky for a second time today, but only late at night, from 9:30pm to 11:30pm.”
Tbilisi skies will be closed for flights both on Sunday and Monday, August 5, too, in the aforesaid times.
Flights over Tbilisi will be restricted also on August 7, 8 and 9, from 9:30am to 11:30am local time.
