An agreement has been reached between the authorities of Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, noted about this on his Facebook page.

Accordingly, the tariffs for roaming services provided by operators in Artsakh and Armenia shall be semiannually reduced, from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021.

“The ultimate goal of this process, of course, is to have a single pricing system in Armenia and Artsakh,” Pashinyan added, in particular.
