There is currently an Armenian citizen in Azerbaijan. This is what Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“I confirm that there is currently an Armenian citizen in Azerbaijan, but the relevant authorities will report on the circumstances and the person’s identity and provide other details,” he wrote.

Earlier, haqqin.az had reported that serviceman Aro Ghazaryan was arrested on the line of contact (in the direction of Fizuli) at midday.
