A total of 16073 transactions on state registration of real estate rights were carried out in Armenia in July 2019. Compared to June of this year, this indicator increased by 10.3%, and from July 2018 - by 17.1%, State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre’s press service reported.

The average market value of one square meter of housing in multi-apartment buildings in Yerevan in July of this year increased by 0.7% compared to June 2019 and compared to July last year - by 9.8%. The average market value of one square meter of housing in multi-apartment buildings in other cities in July of this year increased by 0.1% compared with June 2019.
