Considering that no one knows the value of water, no one keeps three garbage cans in his house, we thought we could start that business. Arthur Zakarian, director of HyeLandz Eco Village Resort company, on Saturday said this at the “My Step for Kotayk Province” business investment forum in Tsakhkadzor, Armenia.

“Now I can confidently assure that there is no asbestos anywhere in our 20-hectare area,” he added. “We have collected all the asbestos, and I would ask the country’s leadership that you encourage that the asbestos in the villages be collected.”

Zakarian noted that the cheese they produce is already being sold in the United States.

“And we have a plan for the future: let’s build a nursing home in Armenia,” he added. “But not a nursing home for $100 a month, but for $2,000—per family; not solely from Armenia, but also from different countries, America, and Europe. There is already an interest, the business plan is ready.”
