A total of 30 new buildings in 27 cities of different regions of Armenia will be built next year, said Vahagn Vermishyan, Chair of the Urban Development Committee on Thursday at the Government.

Vermishyan noted that the authors of these programs are private companies. 


According to him, the majority of them have submitted proposals and the rest are in the process of discussion as "there are investors."
