The National Security Service hasn’t finished its expert examination of the collapse of the energy system. This is what Director of the National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan told journalists today, responding to the question why the National Security Service isn’t promulgating the results of the expert examination in regard to the collapse of the energy system.

“The expert examination will end soon, and I will provide information,” he said.

On July 10, 2019, Armenia was in a power outage for a couple of hours. During a government session on July 12, Artur Vanetsyan said the National Security Service had assigned to clarify the reasons behind the power outage.

The same day, he told journalists that the National Security Service would give a preliminary conclusion regarding the power outage within ten days.
