From September 7 to 8, Armenia will host Chinese Culture Days in Armenia. The events will be held as part of the 2017-2020 Cultural Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Beijing Opera will perform the works “The Heavenly Maid Scatters Blossoms”, “On the Crossroad”, “The Autumn River” and “The Emperor Farewells the Concubine” at the National Academic Theater and Opera named after Alexander Spendiaryan.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China Tian Erlong will deliver his opening remarks at the event.

The Chinese delegation is scheduled to visit the National Gallery of Armenia and the History Museum of Armenia during the Chinese Culture Days.
