The final concert of the series of concerts dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Armenian composer Tigran Mansurian (“Mansurian-80”) in Yerevan was held at the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan today, as reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of Yerevan Municipality.
The concert was also attended by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan and other officials.
The concert featured performances of Mansurian’s music for movie soundtracks.
The “Mansurian-80” concert series served as an opportunity to write the scores of the music and publish the composer’s music for films anew.
The concert series will end in Gyumri on September 13.
