Stepanakert mayoral candidate Armen Hakobyan told Artskahpress that his main goal is to make capital more beautiful and well-maintained.

According to him, in case of success, all the provisions of the pre-election program will be implemented. A number of structural changes will be made at the City Hall, as a result of which a functional and specialized team will be formed.

Hakobyan noted that there were no violations during the pre-election period, and the campaign went beyond the law.
