YEREVAN. – It’s not possible to carry out economic revolution with the economic plan presented by the government. Opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman—and tycoon—Gagik Tsarukyan, who also heads the Prosperous Armenia faction in the National Assembly, on Monday told this to reporters in parliament.

“It’s [the government’s economic plan] 100km away from economic revolution,” he said. “Any economist who thinks that it’s possible to carry out economic revolution with that program…it’s not possible.”

Tsarukyan also informed that he is holding meetings with the Prime Minister, and on investment and economic development.

“But we are not partners,” he added. “We are not a coalition to discuss what is effective that can bring change, make people's expectations a reality.”
