I congratulate the heroic people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) on the holding of free, fair and competitive local self-government elections. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“I would also like to congratulate all the elected candidates and wish that they work successfully for the benefit of the homeland and the people. I also congratulate the organizations having conducted an observation mission during the elections. In my opinion, their work helped improve the quality of the elections,” he stated.
