Minister of Defense of Armenia Davit Tonoyan on Monday received recipient of the Medal “For Courage” of the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, two-time champion of the European Armwrestling Championship for Disabled and multiple world champion Sargis Stepanyan, who has been conferred another military rank.

Congratulating the deputy colonel for being conferred a military rank, Minister Tonoyan asked about Sargis’s daily routine as a serviceman and the community service linked to the Armenian National Federation of Disabled Sports established by him and wished him endless strength and energy.
