President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday conveyed a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba on winning the elections and being re-elected President of the Republic of Abkhazia, as reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.

The congratulatory message particularly reads as follows: “Distinguished Raul Khajimba, on behalf of the people and authorities of the Republic of Artsakh and myself, I cordially congratulate you on winning the elections and being re-elected President of the Republic of Abkhazia.

I am certain that you, as a person who has been at the roots of the establishment of the independent Abkhazia and as a person who has actively participated in the defense, development and strengthening of your country, will continue to do everything you can to serve your people and nation. Distinguished Mr. Khajimba, once again, accept my warmest congratulatory remarks and the deep assurances of friendship and cooperation for the benefit of our two fraternal peoples. I sincerely wish you success in all of your initiatives.”
