Armenia supports the principle of one China, the spokesperson for Armenian MFA Anna Naghdalyan told reporters on Friday.

“Our position remains unchanged. And we have repeatedly spoken about this. Armenia supports the principle of one China,” said Anna Naghdalyan.

Her remarks came in response to comment on the possibility of Taiwan participating in the world congress of information technologies.

The Foreign Ministry spokeswoman recalled that Armenia has no relations with Taiwan. “Armenia supports the development of peaceful relations between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait,” Anna Naghdalyan noted.
