The State Revenue Committee has initiated the process of introducing virtual cash registers to directly promote e-commerce and increase non-cash transactions. 

The Committee initiated a meeting-discussion on E-commerce and virtual cash registers with businessmen.

During the meeting deputy chair of the State Revenue Committee, Mikayel Pashayan presented the idea of a virtual cash-machine and the purpose of its use in e-commerce. According to the SRC Deputy chair, the introduction of virtual cash registers will increase the volumes of non-cash circulation, clarify the circulation of documents and ensure the transparency of the transactions.

Administration Methodology, Procedures and Service Department head Hrachya Muradyan, presented the legislative issues related to virtual cash register work and amendments to legal acts, as well as the definitions of the terms of the virtual cash register receipt.

The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere, and a number of issues related to the process of introduction of virtual cash registers have been discussed.
