YEREVAN. – Stable and calm situation prevails both on the border and the line of contact, Armenian army chief Artak Davtyan told Armenian News - NEWS.am correspondent.

 “There is no tension as you understand this term, but there is constant shooting on a certain scale, and some work is constantly being carried out,” Davtyan said.

As for the unprecedented military exercises starting in Armenia on September 24, the head of the General Staff noted that they are not worried that tension may increase at the border these days.
