Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree conferring the military rank of lieutenant-general to Artsakh Defense minister, commander of the Defense Army Karen Abrahamyan, Artsakh President's press service reported.
Handing in the lieutenant-general shoulder straps to Karen Abrahamyan the President wished him success, stressing that everything should be done further on to increase combat efficiency of the Defense Army on a consistent basis.
