German Minister of Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas has warned about the threat of wars due to climate change.
In his speech at the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Maas stated that climate change is no longer merely an environmental challenge. “This is more often a matter of war and peace,” he added, reports DW.
