Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan received a delegation of Strovolos municipality of Cyprus, headed by Mayor Andreas Papacharalambous, President’s press service reported.
Various issues related to the development of bilateral relations were discussed.
The President noted that Cyprus has a special place in the foreign policy agenda of Artsakh, and the republic is interested in expanding and deepening ties with this country and its various administrative-territorial units.
