Valentina Matviyenko, Chair of Russian Federation Council is expected to visit Armenia soon, Armenian parliament speaker Ararat Mirzoyan wrote on his Facebook.
“Matviyenko's visit to Armenia is also expected in the near future, and the regular PA CSTO plenary session will be held in Yerevan on November 5 (by the way, for the first time outside Russia), attended by not only V. Volodin and my other CSTO colleagues but heads of state parliaments as well,” he said.
