A while ago, the Criminal Court of Appeal of Armenia (Judge S. Marabyan) released President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan’s godson, Norayr Panosyan from custody on the ground of absence of substantiated suspicion. This is what Panosyan’s attorney, Tigran Atanesyan wrote on his Facebook page.

As reported earlier, former Head of the Lawfulness Oversight Inspectorate at the Ministry of Justice Norayr Panosyan was charged under part 2 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code.
