Armenian acting police chief Arman Sargsyan reported to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that a high-ranking official called him and thanked a traffic police officer for stopping his car and fining him for violating traffic rules despite his position.

“I gave an order to Arman Sargsyan to reward a traffic police officer who has fined  a high-ranking official for violating traffic rules,” the PM wrote on his Facebook.
