Russian President Vladimir Putin will have a state visit to Armenia next year and will sign a deal not only to strengthen the 102nd Russian military base, but also to extend its stay in Armenia for another 10 years, Zhamanak daily reported.
The agreement on the 102nd Russian military base in Armenia was signed in 1995.
