The State Supervision Service is conducting a study on the lawfulness and effectiveness of the processes being implemented in the investments sector in the Republic of Armenia. According to the State Supervision Service, the investment processes that began in May 2018 will become a subject for study.

“All legal and natural entities that have faced obstacles and seen the unlawful approaches of public administration and local self-government bodies and other circles of the management system in any stage of organization and implementation of investments, we would like to ask you to provide relevant information to the State Supervision Service by sending a letter to [email protected] (signed, in scanned version) or by sending a letter meeting the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On petitions” to 47 Mashtots Avenue, Yerevan, as well as contact online through the website of the State Supervision Service of Armenia (supervision.am),” the press release of the State Supervision Service reads.
