A working meeting entitled “Populism and Traditional Politics: Challenges and Solutions” was held in Tsaghkadzor from November 8 to November 10, organized by the Republican Party of Armenia and implemented with the aid of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Republican Party of Armenia reported.

The working meeting brought together representatives of various RPA structures. The chair of the party, the third president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan took part in the event and made a welcoming speech.

Participants discussed the new challenges of organizing party work, the particularities of the activity of ideological political units under the effect of joining the majority, the role of women and youth in party politics and other topics.

They also touched on the interrelated topics of the external and internal political agendas, the current situation in the field of human rights, the dynamics of economic indicators and freedom of the press.
