YEREVAN. – It was reported on November 3 that Gagik Simonyan, 64, a resident of Lichk village of Armenia’s Gegharkunik Province, was reported missing.
On November 9, the police received a report from the fire and rescue squad that a corpse had been found in the valley near Ishkhanavank at Verin Getashen village, police informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The police found out that the body found was that of Gagik Simonyan, and there were no traces of violence on the body.
A forensic medical examination has been ordered.
A report is being prepared.
