Examination of the case of former director of the Inspection Bodies’ Coordination Bureau Hayk Ayvazyan vs Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan is over, and the verdict will be announced on November 27. This is what Hayk Ayvazyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Hayk Ayvazyan had demanded that the government recognize Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s order on his dismissal as invalid, reinstate his position and compensate him for, as Ayvazyan put it, the entire period of compulsory idleness caused by the unlawful order in the amount of the total sum of the salary.

Hayk Ayvazyan, who was dismissed on April 1 of this year, had stated that he was surprised when he found out that he was dismissed without any reasoning or clarification. According to preliminary information, the reason for Hayk Ayvzyan’s dismissal was his disagreement with Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Eduard Aghajanyan.

In an interview with Armenian News-NEWS.am, Hayk Ayvazyan had stated that he was going to fight for the restoration of his violated rights.
