By the decision of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Arayik Harutyunyan left for France today to participate in the 40th session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris on November 12-13.

The event is held every two years with representatives from 193 UNESCO countries participating.

On the agenda of the 40th session of the UNESCO General Conference is planned a high-level meeting of the Ministers of Education, which will be attended by Harutyunyan, too.
