After Talish's reconstruction, 46 families have already returned to their native village, and the return of five more families is in the process. Artsakh President's Advisor Tigran Abrahamyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"Apart from the fact that the village [now] has all living conditions - a new school, a kindergarten, a medical facility, an events’ house, [and] a village administration - the houses intended for the families that have returned are fully furnished," he added.
